The Friends of the Carroll County Library was established in May of 2022. The purpose of the group is to provide fundraisers & volunteer to benefit the library and our community.

Mission

It is FCCL's mission to support the library in fundraising and volunteering.

Membership

Membership fees shall have 3 options. Option number 1 is an Individual Membership priced at $20 annually. Option number 2 is a Senior Membership for ages 55 and up priced at $10 annually. Option number 3 is a Lifetime Membership with a one time price of $100.

Community

Because of the FCCL, the Carroll County Library has been able to provide more paid programs for Summer Reading, make their space more organized and homey, and benefit our community overall.

Volunteers

The FCCL members are a great asset to the library through all of the volunteer hours that they provide every year. In the library, at events, and even hours spent doing extra things for the library in their own homes.

help support, promote, and expand the Carroll County Library by hosting fundraising
events and sustain quality enrichment programs for the community while volunteering
their time and resources.”
