Services

Here at the Carroll County Library we offer a number of FREE services for our community. We are constantly expanding and growing these services however we can. Unfortunately, due to COVID19 we have had to modify a number of our in-house programs to allow for proper safety precautions in regards to social distancing. Where possible we offer virtual programming, outdoor programs and we are currently offering curb-side delivery of items. Just call ahead and let us know what books you would like to check out (you can access our online database here to see what is available). When you arrive give us a call and we will bring the books out to you.
